Abstract:

To easily perform a burr-finishing process after welding by reducing the quantity of welding burrs sticking out on the outer peripheral side of a welded part as much as possible.

The toilet seat structure includes a molded toilet seat 1 formed by covering the upper surface of a molded seat backside 3 with a molded seat surface 2 having a seated part 6 and joining and integrating them with each other by welding. A groove line 4 for removing welding burrs 5a generated in the welding is formed on the center side in the thickness direction B of a welded surface 2a (3a) on one of the welded surfaces 2a and 3a facing each other of the molded seat surface 2 and the sear rear molding 3.
