To provide a toilet seat warmer which can warm a toilet seat in a short time, save a power consumption, and continue to warm while a user is sitting thereon.

The toilet seat warmer includes a heater (1) installed at a toilet seat (Z), an electromagnetic induction heating coil (4) installed at a toilet seat lid (F), a control section (10) which controls the operation of the heater (1) and the electromagnetic induction heating coil (4), and an entrance sensor (9) which senses an entrance to a bathroom. The control section (10) operates the electromagnetic induction heating coil (4) when sensing the entrance to the bathroom by the entrance sensor (9), and instantly warms the toilet seat (Z). The warmer can subsidiarily instantly heat the heater-type warmed toilet seat by an auxiliary warmer installed on a toilet seat lid side, can eliminate constant preheating by the heater or requires only preheating by smaller power than conventional one, can save the power consumption. After a user sits on the toilet seat, the heater can continue warming.
