When the toilet seat 1 is fabricated, a handle having the size in the liftable degree by being gripped by a hand is mounted by being fabricated simultaneously with the toilet seat 1, or the handle 2 is stuck and fixed with an adhesive or the like onto the toilet seat 1 not having a handle.
