To discharge odor due to defecation, to achieve water saving, and to simplify installation and piping work by providing a grinding means for grinding a solid matter passing through the inside of a staying water receiving part of a toilet stool body and a sucking and discharging means for sucking odor and discharging the same to the outside.

Solid matters such as defection, toilet paper and the like are accumulated in staying water 12 in a staying water receiving part 3 of a toilet stool body. The solid matters are finely ground in a short time by driving a motor 17 of a grinding means 4 to rotate a grinding cutter part at high speed in the staying water 12 to be put in the flowing state and be sent to a drain pipe 29. On the other hand, in an air sucking and discharging means 5, at the time of defection, an air sucking and discharging fan 19 is driven, whereby odor is sucked from a sucking port 20a along the current of air flowing in from a gap produced between both legs of a user sitting on a toilet stool seat 2 and a gap between the toilet stool seat 2 and the toilet stool body 1, and sent to the drain pipe 29 to be discharged to the outside.
