The toilet unit comprises the waterproof pan having a drain hole and a drain trap to which drainage flows from the drain hole, the cabinet incorporating plumbing over the waterproof pan, and a sanitary fixture such as a toilet bowl mounted on the front of the cabinet. The drain hole and the drain trap are positioned in the cabinet.
