An agitating blade 31 provided in the central part in the excreta treatment tank 2 is formed upward obliquely to the opposite side to its rotation direction, formed with a single or a plurality of folds to be bent, and in its rotation, scoops up wooden narrow pieces 40 for microorganism parasitism while moving them diagonally outward the excreta treatment tank 22. The upper part of the agitating blade 31 is formed with a plurality of projecting pieces 47 projecting in the longitudinal direction of the agitating blade 31 at spaced intervals so that a recessed/projecting part 48 is formed.
