Abstract:

To obtain tomographic image equipment which dispenses with a drive mechanism for moving a reference mirror and can accurately detect the amplitude of an interference signal, while having very simple constitution.

An interferometer device part is composed of a light irradiation optical system part, a signal light and reference light guide part and a Young's interferometer part, to constitute an unbalanced type Michaelson interferometer device, as a whole. The light irradiation optical system part is composed of optical fibers 121-124, a photocouplers 125, two light circulators 132 and 143, the optical guide member 133 arranged to the front stage of a subject 131, a collimator lens 141 and a reference mirror 142. The signal light and reference light guide part is composed of two optical fibers 126 and 127, and the Young's interferometer part is equipped with the emitting ends 126A and 127A of the optical fibers 126 and 127 that can be regarded as spotlight sources, and a multichannel detector 152 for imaging an interference fringe having the tomographic image data of the subject supported thereon.
