PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner binder and toner that satisfy all of fluidity, moisture and heat-resistant storage property, charge stability, crushability, and glossiness of the toner, image strength, bending resistance, and document offset property, while achieving both low-temperature fixability and hot offset resistance, and are excellent particularly in low-temperature fixability and glossiness.SOLUTION: A toner binder contains two or more types of amorphous polyester resins (P) obtained by reacting a carboxylic acid component (x) and an alcohol component (y) as constituents.SELECTED DRAWING: None
