Abstract:
To provide a toner binder that is excellent in low-temperature fixability, image stability, and storage stability, and has a wide fixing temperature width.SOLUTION: A toner binder contains a copolymer (A), a copolymer (B), a hydrocarbon wax (C), and a hydrocarbon wax (D), wherein the copolymer (A) has a segment (a1) that is constituted of a polymer containing a styrene monomer as an essential constituent monomer and a segment (a2) that is derived from polyolefin having a melting point of 101 to 160°C; the peak molecular weight of the copolymer (A) is 3000 to 30000; the peak molecular weight of the copolymer (B) is 500000 to 1200000; the melting point of the hydrocarbon wax (C) is 65°C to 100°C; the melting point of the hydrocarbon wax (D) is 101°C to 160°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
