Abstract:
To obtain an electrophotographic toner having very excellent low-temperature fixability while ensuring hot storage resistance and mechanical strength in an electrophotographic toner resin.
The toner uses as a binder a resin which is the reaction product of a hyperbranched polymer and a compound having one functional group per molecule and has a number average molecular weight of 1,000 and a glass transition temperature of 30C. The invention relates also to the toner binder.
