To provide a toner cartridge which does not change the amount of toner emitted from it, in spite of its own use environment, to stably feed the toner, and also provide an image-forming device using the toner cartridge.
The image-forming device 100 is provided with a photoreceptor drum 64, a charging device 65 which makes the surface of the photoreceptor drum 64 electrically charged, an exposing device 66 which forms an electrostatic latent image on the surface of the photoreceptor drum 64, a development device 67 which feeds toner to the electrostatic latent image on the surface of the photoreceptor drum 64 to form a toner image, a toner cartridge 1 which feeds the toner to the development device 67, and an information-processing part 49 having a function which controls an operation for feeding the toner from the toner cartridge 1 to the development device 67 on the basis of the information on the use environment of the toner cartridge 1. In this case, the toner cartridge 1 is provided with an information storage part 48 which stores the information on the past use environments of the toner cartridge 1.
