To provide a toner cartridge that allows easy assembly of a memory holder that holds a toner memory.SOLUTION: A toner cartridge 30 comprises a toner housing 31, a toner memory 36, a memory holder 70, a memory holder cover 80, a gear, and a gear cover 60. The toner housing 31 can store toner. The memory holder 70 holds the toner memory 36. The memory holder cover 80 movably holds the memory holder 70. The memory holder cover 80 has a pawl 81. The gear cover 60 is located on one side in a first direction of the toner housing 31. The gear cover 60 covers at least part of the gear.
