PURPOSE: To exchange, recover and furthermore to recycle a toner storage part and a filter at the same time.

CONSTITUTION: The toner storage part 3 and the air intake filter 5 are integrated to the toner cartridge and the toner storage part 3 is constituted from an exterior part 7, a seal part 9 and filled toner 11. Because the toner cartridge is exchanged when the filled toner 11 inside is consumed, the filter 5 only needs to be utilized for the time the toner 11 is being consumed, not needing to be an expensive one which can be used for a long period of time but a very low cost one.
