Abstract:
To provide a toner container having an improved resistance to impact (toughness) and to drawdown made by recycling a used toner container, and to provide the toner container.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a toner container and the toner container of the present invention relate to a toner container made by recycling a used toner container. The method includes the steps of: breaking a collected used toner container into pieces and manufacturing broken items; mixing the broken items, a hydrophobic filler, and a toner for an electrostatic charge image with each other and forming a formed material; and reforming a toner container from the material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
