Abstract:
To make an image forming apparatus, such as a copying machine or a printer recently getting to be more and more familiarly used, smell sweet and increase the comfort of people by accurately evaluating and designing the smell and to evaluate and design a toner from the viewpoint of smelling sweet and comfortable in image formation in advance because the smell emitted by the image forming apparatus is most largely attributable to the toner for developing an electrostatic latent image.
The toner for developing the electrostatic latent image is characterized by having 0.990-0.998 cosθ for a styrene smell and 0.986-0.994 cosθ for an n-butyl acrylate smell in a smell space formed with styrene and n-butyl acrylate.
