To provide a toner causing no filming and having stable low temperature fixability, high temperature offset resistance and heat-resistant storage property, and to provide a developer including the toner.
The toner for electrostatic charge image development contains at least a crystalline polyester and a non-crystalline polyester. The crystalline polyester has a melting point of 60 to 80°C. In differential scanning calorimetry of the toner, the toner satisfies (W1-W1')/W1<0.50, where W1 denotes a temperature width at 1/3 height of an endothermic peak of the crystalline polyester in the first temperature elevation period, and W1' denotes a temperature width at 1/3 height of an endothermic peak of the crystalline polyester after the toner is heated at 50°C for 24 hours.
