Abstract:

To provide a toner with which a semiconductor layer can be fast formed into a desired pattern with high maintenance property in patterning a semiconductor material.

Fine particles 101 of an inorganic semiconductor material and a polymer material 102 are kneaded to produce fine particles 100. As for the inorganic semiconductor material, a well-known inorganic semiconductor material such as Si, Ge and CdSe can be used. As the inorganic semiconductor fine particles are embedded in the polymer material and imparted with charging characteristics, the obtained particles can be used as a toner.
