PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for oil-less fixing capable of completely achieving a toner characteristics that has excellent effect obtained by adding wax and that has better productivity, and a toner producing method and a fixing method using the toner.
SOLUTION: The toner is constituted by melting and kneading and then pulverizing at least binder resin, a colorant, 1st wax, 2nd wax different from the 1st wax in terms of kind, and a polymer B whose weight average molecular weight is 1000 to 3000 and whose weight average molecular weight/number average molecular weight is 1.0 to 2.0, and domains obtained by integrating the 1st wax and the 2nd wax and the polymer B are dispersed in toner particles. The toner for oil-less fixing is the toner in which the average dispersed particle size d1 (μm) of the domain and the average dispersed particle size d2 (μm) of the polymer B satisfy following relation; 0.01<d2<0.5<d1<3.0. Then, the toner producing method is the method for producing the toner for oil-less fixing whose kneading temperature is set to be equal to or above the softening point of the binder resin +30°C and equal to or under the softening point of the binder resin +120°C. The toner produced in such a way is used in the oil-less fixing method.
