PURPOSE: To eliminate the bad influence dependent upon static electricity, by preventing storage of static electricity for rollers by arranging an electricity removing equipment which can remove electricity of one, at least, of a pair of rollers where the toner picture is fixed.

CONSTITUTION: Electricity removing equipment 9 is arranged in the side of one, at least, of a pair of upper and lower rollers 1a and 1b, where the toner picture is fixed, for example, upper roller 1a to which the support face of toner picture 4 of sheet 5 is compressed, and the position just before compression of upper roller 1a to sheet 5 is optimum as the arrangement position of electricity removing equipment 9. As a result, the picture is not disturbed when the unifixed toner picture approaches the roller, and the toner picture support sheet can be prevented from being wound around the roller due to static electricity.
