Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner regenerating method for always maintaining high image density and also always forming an image free from base-fogging and toner-scattering by easily recovering the composition of deteriorated toner in recycling the toner, and to provide an image forming device whose constitution is simplified by introducing the toner regenerating method.
SOLUTION: The toner and foreign matter remaining on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1 at a transfer process are removed and recovered by a cleaning device 7, and stored in a toner recovering container 11 through a pipe 7b. The residue such as the recovered toner, etc., is recovered after being used for an image forming operation once, then, the function of the toner is deteriorated, then, an image of high quality is not formed, and the reduction of the adding agent for the toner causes the functional deterioration of the recovered toner, then, the adding agent 13 packed in the adding agent cartridge 12 is added when the toner is accumulated up to the prescribed amount, then, the toner recovering container 11 is oscillated so as to stir the toner, and then, the toner is reused. Besides, the foreign matter is separated by a foreign matter separating container 18 with a mesh 19 mounted in the bottom part.
