After coloring particles whose spheroidicity is 1 to 1.3 and which are spherical substantially, spherical organic particulates whose average particle size is 0.05 to 1 μm and whose spheroidicity is 1 to 1.3, and spherical silica particulates (A) whose average particle size is 0.03 to 1 μm and whose spheroidicity is 1 to 1.3 are mixed, they are made to pass through a sieve whose sieve opening is ≥53 μm twice, whereby the toner in which the amount of a flocculated body having the size of ≥45 μm is ≤0.005 wt.% based on the weight of the toner is obtained.
