To obtain such a toner having high fixing property that an image of high picture quality with low fog on the base can be obtd. and that when the toner is used for a device equipped with a recycling system of a waste toner, an image of high picture quality can be obtd. for a long time by using a waste toner.
This toner is produced by dispersing polyalkylene fine particles having ≤0.3 coefft. of kinetic friction with other additives such as a coloring agent in a binder resin and the toner is produced to have such a property that when a solid image having ≥1.3 image density is thermally fixed on an OHP sheet, the contact angle of the image surface is 60 to 105. The waste toner 223 remaining on the surface of a photoreceptor 218 after a transfer process is wiped off by a cleaning blade 208 and collected in a waste toner box 219. The waste toner 223 collected in the waste toner box 219 is supplied through a waste toner transfer tube 220 to a toner hopper 206 and then supplied again to the developing process.
