Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warped deformation of a joint part between a net and a tonneau board main body so as to improve external design and so as to prevent separation between the tonneau board main body and the net in the tonneau board with a net covering the upper opening of a luggage room.
SOLUTION: In this tenneau board with a net covering the upper face opening of a luggage room, a joint part between a tonneau board main body 20 and a net 30 is constructed by inserting the net 30 in a flat condition between mounting lugs 24a, 24b of front and back face side coating members 22a, 22b in the tonneau board main body 20 without folding back the net 30, and then, sewing them up. In this way, warped deformation of the mounting lugs can be suppressed, while tension applied to the net 30 is prevented from working in the peeling direction of the sewn part, so that the sewn part can be protected. On the other hand, a flatness feeling and rigidity can be increased as a flat reinforcing plate is inserted between the mounting lugs.
