To provide a tool for alleviating labor pain which eases the labor pain and can be kept depressed for a long time by reducing grip strength and fatigue of a wrist during use.

The tool for alleviating the labor pain comprises: a pressing body which is in the shape of a hen egg and has pressing parts in central parts of its upper and lower protruding surfaces different in curvature radius; and a handheld holding body which is cylindrical and in at least one end of which a concave for holding the pressing body is formed so that the pressing body may be fitted in it up to its maximum diameter position in cross section while the two pressing parts can be faced both upward and downward.
