When a hang bolt B is screwed from a lower part, into a female screw of an embedded hardware A which is buried in a concrete slab C, and is exposed to a lower face of the same, the female screw hole 6 of the tool body 1, is screwed into a lower edge of the hang bolt B, and is further turned, so that an upper edge of the hang bolt B can be easily screwed into the female screw of the embedded hardware A. Whereby the work comprising turning the hang bolt B, and screwing the same into the embedded hardware A or the like for a building, can be performed without the labor and trouble, and the hang bolt B can be simply, surely and easily turned and screwed into the female screw hole 6 of the tool body 1.
