Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the changing operation of a tool at each polishing process automatically in work polishing operation.
CONSTITUTION: A table 20 is controlled for turning and driving by a controller 47 via a motor 23, and plural pieces of clamping devices 26, making each tool detachable via air, is set up on the table 20. When the specified clamping device 26 reaches a tool changing position by rotation of the table 20, the controller 47 stops the table 20 via the motor 23, thereby having the clamping device 26 stopped at the tool changing position. Likewise, the controller 47 is made so as to make the clamping device 26 at the tool changing position detach the tool and vice versa, via each of solenoid valves 17 and 18.
