Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved tool chuck.SOLUTION: A tool chuck comprises a body and a storage body joined to the body for transmitting torque and fixed to the body so as to be movable in the axial direction by a spring preload, and the body comprises a shaft part having a central hole for opening on the tool machine side and a sleeve part having a central guide hole for opening on the tool side of extending the shaft part in the axial direction. The guide hole is separated from a hole of the shaft part by a partition wall in the radial direction, and the storage body comprises a columnar guide part inserted so as to be movable in the axial direction in the guide hole, and the storage body is fixed via an anchor capable of adjustment operation of the spring preload by passing through the hole of the body by passing through a through-hole in the axial direction of the partition wall in the radial direction. The spring preload is realized by a spring part expanding/contracting in the two axial directions, and the spring part is arranged between the storage body and the partition wall in the radial direction in one, and is arranged between the partition wall in the radial direction and an anchor head part in the other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
