PURPOSE: To feed cutting oil sufficiently to a chip without being hindered with a cut material even in a case in which the grooving of a deep groove is conducted.

CONSTITUTION: A supporter 50 and a clamp piece 40 which are fitted to a holder 30 and fix a chip 20 are provided in penetration with spouting openings 57, 48 which are positioned in the groove width of a groove 9 to be conducted with grooving and at the same time feed a cutting liquid to the face and flank relief of the chip 20 by spouting the cutting liquid in the depth direction of the groove 9; and cutting liquid feed holes 56, 47 to feed the cutting liquid to the spouting openings 57, 48. The cutting liquid feed holes 56, 47 are connected to cutting liquid feed holes 31d, 31c provided penetratingly at the holder 30. As a result, even in a case in which the depth of the groove 9 to be conducted with grooving is deep, the cutting liquid can be fed to the chip 20 sufficiently without being hindered with a cut material.
