Abstract:
To provide an effective technique for preventing deterioration of product quality in a tool guide device for guiding an ultrasonic vibration tool for drilling.SOLUTION: A tool guide device 10 is for guiding an ultrasonic vibration tool 1 for drilling and comprises: a base part 20 pressed against a surface Wa to be machined of a workpiece W; a guide holder part 30 which has a guide hole 31 penetrated so that the ultrasonic vibration tool 1 can be inserted and removed in an axial direction X, and faces the surface Wa to be machined without coming into contact therewith in a state where the base part 20 is pressed against the surface Wa to be machined of the workpiece W; and a stopper part 40 which prevents the ultrasonic vibration tool 1 from moving further from a drilling completion position to an insertion direction X1 when the ultrasonic vibration tool 1 penetrates the guide hole 31 of the guide holder part 30 in the insertion direction X1 and reaches the drilling completion position for the workpiece W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
