Abstract:
To provide a tool holder and an apparatus for manufacturing cans which can secure a large processing stroke of a processing tool largely without increasing a table stroke of a processing table.SOLUTION: A tool holder 6 which holds a processing tool 30 for processing a cylindrical body and is attached to a processing table 2 includes a holding member 31 which extends in an axial direction while centering a center axis C and holds the processing tool 30 onto an end part of one side in the axial direction, a holder main body 32 which is attached to the processing table 2, forms a cylindrical shape that is elongated in the axial direction and inserts the holding member 31 to an inner part, and a stroke mechanism 35 which reciprocates the holding member 31 in the axial direction with respect to the holding main body 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
