To provide a tool holder performing a plurality of honing works with a general purpose machine tool, of low cost, and reducing a workload in every honing work.
A spindle shaft rotated by a drive means is attached to a base 11b of a body 11 of a honing holder. Grinding wheel shoes are detachably attached to a tip 11t of the body 11. A screw-like adjuster 15 detachably fitted to a threaded hole passing through a coolant flow passage 16 and the outer peripheral part of the body 11 includes a coolant outflow hole 41. Coolant flowing through the coolant flow passage 16 presses a taper cone engaged with the bottom face of the grindstone shoes, and flows to the outside through the coolant outflow hole 41 and a coolant discharge passage 20. The flowing out of the coolant to the outside is restricted according to the diameter size of the coolant outflow hole 41, and as a result of it, the pressing force against the taper cone is adjusted.
