To provide a tool holder capable of enhancing rotational accuracy of a tool.
A tool holder 10 includes: an insertion shaft part 20 which can be inserted into a tool holder connecting hole of a rotational main shaft 90; a flange part 30 in which a screw hole 31 for fastening with the rotational main shaft is provided in its peripheral edge; a fixed sleeve 40 having a tapered surface 42 on its inner peripheral side; a collet 50 formed with a plurality of slitting grooves and disposed on an inner peripheral side of the fixed sleeve 40; and a nut part 60 screw-connected to the fixed sleeve 40 and relatively rotatably holding the collet 50. In the tool holder 10, a plurality of tapped holes 70 are provided at a peripheral edge of the nut part 60 so that an inside diameter of the collet 50 is reduced by pressing an outer peripheral surface 51 of the collet 50 by the tapered surface 42 of the fixed sleeve 40 by screw-rotating the nut part 60 to be approached on the fixed sleeve 40 side.
