PURPOSE: To provide the device with an universal application and applicable to nearly all of known working devices in the market without a problem by forming the whole shape thereof in a nonlinear shape, so that the one end of a transport arm element means is connected to a turning knuckle and the other end thereof bears a gripping means.

CONSTITUTION: A transport arm element 26 has two legs 27, 28 for enclosing a right angle, and the free end of the leg 28 being not fixed to a turning knuckle 25 is provided with a gripping member 29 for gripping a tool or a workpiece 12. Therefore, the transport arm element 26 is approached to a working head 7 in the first lifted position by a gripping member 29, so that the gripping member 29 can be moved into the inside of a tank 5. Depending on the shape of a workpiece 12, it is necessary to grip it from the upper or side thereof; however, the central point of the gripping member can be accurately kept in the initial position by turning the turning knuckle 25 by the degrees of 180, and the re-immersion thereof can be secured without hindrance to the tank 5. Thus, the device is provided with an universal application and applicable to nearly all of known working devices in the market without a problem.
