Abstract:
To manufacture a smooth surface by machining a finish part of a wheel external surface and then apply chrome-plating to the smooth surface to improve the aesthetic appearance of the wheel surface.
A cutting tool having a crystalline tip is pressed against the external surface of a wheel for a vehicle by uniform pressure while rotating the wheel. Next, chrome-plating is applied to the smoothed wheel surface to finish the wheel surface aesthetically.
