To provide an appliance and method for wiring electrical cables, capable of smoothly and properly laying a plurality of electric cables to a conduit piped in a building.

The appliance 1 for wiring the electrical cables is constituted of an insertion pipe portion 2, formed by a tapered tube 21 fitted in an opening end portion of a conduit 101 so as to be inserted freely and a tapered tubular body 31, and has a wire guide portion 3, provided by jointing and fixing at the base end of the insertion pipe portion and a cable-aligning portion 4, secured inside the guide portion 3. The cable aligning portion 4 has a plurality of guide portions 41 for aligning cables formed by through holes 41a, in which the electrical cables can be inserted. The electrical cables are inserted into the through holes one by one and are led through from the top end of the tapered rod, the respective lead-through end portions of the electrical cables are jointed by the end portion of an electrical cable traction guide line 111, the tapered rod is fitted in the opening end portion of the conduit, and the guiding line is dragged, and is made electrically continuous.
