A slide 11 is guided by a guide member 10 fixed to a front wall 3 of a machine frame 2 and is arranged reciprocatable/oscillatable toward a wire rod working space 5. A tool mounted oscillation piece 14, which is arranged oscillatable in the vertical direction by a pivot 13 directing its axis in forward/backward direction, is arranged oscillatable in the vertical direction, a tool 15 is arranged attachable/detachable at the side facing the wire rod working space 5 of the tool mounted oscillation piece 14. While a slide 18 for actuating oscillation piece is not elevated, when the slide 11 is advanced/ oscillated, the tool mounted oscillation piece 14 is not oscillated. On the other hand, by elevating a slide 18 for actuating oscillation piece, the tool mounted oscillation piece 14 is oscillated up/down (oscillation in the direction parallel to the front wall 3) at the same time of advancing/oscillating of the slide 11 or at the state the slide 11 is stopped.
