Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct the lubrication by a small amount of lubricant which is metered accurately by performing pressure load by inflatable gas cushion arranged in a supply tank.
SOLUTION: Inflatable gas cushion, that is, gas cushion under pressure, is arranged in the opposite scope to a receive hole 42 in a supply tank 9a. Lubricant can be supplied or refilled into the supply tank 9a through a rear filling port 55. When a drill 43 rotates, a slider 50 receives centrifugal force and is moved to the outside in the radial direction against the action of a compression spring 52. As a result, the slider 50 opens a cross section of a connection passage 47, at least partially. The lubricant under pressure in the supply tank 9a is conveyed to a lubricant passage 10 through the connection passage 47 and finally to a section of action in a scope of drill tip.
