Abstract:
To provide a tool that readily strips and removes a seal adhered to a male thread formed on an outer periphery of a pipe or round bar.
The tool 1 for removing a seal includes: a first pinching part 11; a second pinching part 21 disposed opposite to the first pinching part 11; and a plurality of meshing parts formed on matching surfaces of the first and second pinching parts 11, 21, and each meshing part meshing along a circumferential direction of the male thread 31 at different position from each other in an axial direction of the male thread 31.
