The tool support device has a plurality of movable fixing units 2 (2A-2E) comprising shafts 3 (3A-3E), movable cylinders 5 (5A-5D) fitted to the outside of the shafts 3 (3A-3E) in such a way as relatively rotatable or rotatable and linearly move, and bush members 10 (10A-10E) to fix the relative movement between the shafts 3 (3A-3E) and the movable cylinders 5 (5A-5D).
