Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for taking refuge for a height wherein an apparatus can be miniaturized and descending speed is easily adjustable.
SOLUTION: As the first and the second rooms 15a and 15b of the first hydraulic cylinder 15 and the first and the second rooms 16a and 16b of the second hydraulic cylinder 16 are crosswise connected with each other by using the first and the second by-pass oil paths 20A and 20B, pressure receiving areas of pistons of both cylinders 15 and 16 are a sum of the pressure receiving areas of the surfaces and the back surfaces of both pistons 14A and 14B and it is possible to miniaturize both hydraulic cylinders 15 and 16 by a part corresponding to this part of increase and on the other hand, accuracy for adjusting flow rate of an hydraulic oil flowing in a hydraulic adjusting path 18 using a flow rate adjusting valve 17 is lowered. As the result, even if a person for taking refuge falls into a panic condition and the flow rate adjustment becomes a little rough, there exists no possibility of that the descending person for taking refuge falls down at a stretch.
