Abstract:
The assembly has a sub-assembly (3) constituted of lithium-ion or lithium polymer electrochemical battery (5) composed of cells (6) in series. A battery command and control module (7) is situated at close proximity to the battery. Another sub-assembly (2) is connected to a current control system (8) to protect the battery. A third sub-assembly has an electrical supply source to effectuate a controlled recharge of the battery.
