Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily selectable, and assembly type tool with hexagonal shaft which has a highly precise and light-weight hold part. SOLUTION: In a tool with hexagonal shaft in which a hold part like a hexagonal pole is provided in a rear part of the tool, the hold part 2 like hexagonal pole is made of a resin, the hold part like hexagonal pole is formed by injection molding, and it is joined with a rear end 4 of a tool main body 1 in a join part 3. A resin material having 100 MPa or more of tensile strength 150 MPa or more of bending strength and 100 MPa or more of compression strength is used after injection molding. Furthermore, the tool can be distinguished by color or pattern of the hold part from tools which are of different kinds or have different dimensions.
