A cap-shaped connection 4, in the inside of which an internal thread portion 3 is formed, is integrally provided at the other end of a handle 1 made of a synthetic resin and hollow in the interior, having a brush portion 2 in which hairs of a brush are set at one end, by threadedly engaging the cap-shaped connection 4 into a toothpaste outlet 8 at one end of a toothpaste tube 6 filled with a toothpaste 7, the handle portion 1 and the toothpaste tube 6 are integrally joined, and in the brush portion 2, an opening 5 opening in the direction of protrusion of bristles is formed, and by squeezing the toothpaste tube 6, a toothpaste 7 squeezed out from the toothpaste outlet 8 passes through the handle 1 from the cap-shaped connection 4 and pushed out from the opening 5.
