Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the given crushing capacity from the initial period of starting the operation by forming the width of grooves sufficiently narrow to the size of crushing spaces and a material to be crushed.
CONSTITUTION: A couple of tooth plates of a crusher are formed by casting a material of high resistance to wear and provided with a number of straight or spiral grooves at least formed on an effective wall thickness section into which a material to be crushed is bitten and crushed, and at least the side walls facing each other of respective grooves 4 are formed by a cast plate material 5 of low resistance to wear to cover both side faces of projected lines of sand mold forming the grooves of the tooth plates by the plate material, and the edges of the grooves 4 are made worn right at the initial period of starting the operation of a new product so that the radius shape can be formed.
