Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance crushing efficiency of a crusher and improve the particle shape of a product by disposing a plurality of grooves on the surface of a tooth plate of abrasion resisting matallic material and embedding an embedding material of non-matallic material in the grooves.
CONSTITUTION: Before the initial operation of a crusher starts, an embedding material 6 is embedded firmly in a groove 5 on the surface of a tooth plate 4 of a mantle 1 through a reinforcing material 7. After the start of the initial operation of the crusher, the material 6 together with the material 7 wears by being contacted with materials to be crushed, before the plate 4 wears, so that a step E which has a certain depth and sharpness is rapidly formed on the end surfaces of the plate 4, material 6, and material 7 by means of corners of the groove 5, and under such conditions, the crusher is operated and crushing is performed under conditions that multiposition loads different from interface compression act on the materials to be crushed, and hence crushing efficiency is enhanced and the particle shape of products can be improved.
