Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a tooth surface and oral cavity cleaning device having high elasticity and stretching properties fitted to the uneven shape of the tooth surface, having appropriate water absorbability, and having a configuration of preventing clogging of a microfiber sheet mesh by plaque and coloring stain stuck thereto by removing them by means of the microfiber sheet.SOLUTION: A cleaning part is manufactured by: stacking a thermoplastic resin that is dissolved at a low temperature, on a foaming material plane having superior elasticity, stretching properties and water absorbability; then stacking a microfiber sheet thereon; and applying a temperature with which only the thermoplastic resin is dissolved by a heating press machine to weld and fix the foaming material and the microfiber sheet.
