Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush body to which a cushion member can be easily attached and a secondary forming device for the toothbrush body.
SOLUTION: A backup plate 2 is interposed between a fixed stationary plate 1 and a fixed template 3 so that a plurality of second sprues 5 correspond to cavities 6 and a runner 3a is formed on the outer face of the fixed template 3. A gate 7 communicating with each second sprue 5 is formed in an upper cavity 6a formed on the inner face of the fixed template 3. A fused resin 45 flowed from the gate 7 flows via a cushion member connecting hole formed on the head 17 of the toothbrush body into a part between a lower cavity 6b and the head 17. When the resin 45 is cooled, it serves as a cushion member.
