The toothbrush has a core capsule structure composed of a core 2 and a capsule 3 to enclose the core 2; each of the core 2 and the capsule 3 is made from a medicinal solvent synthetic resin; the synthetic resin of the core 2 is a resin whose medicinal dissolution speed is slower than the synthetic resin of the capsule 3; a filament edge 10 being the edge side is formed of multiple sharp-pointed taper branches 4 composed of the core 2 exposed from the capsule 3 by a medicinal dissolution process. The cross-sectional shape of the core 2 is multilobate or multilobed; the edge side exposed from the capsule 3 by the medicinal dissolution process is branched per lobe to form the branches 4.
