A bristle-implanted base 10 is successively formed at the tip of a handle 11, and rubber-like bar brushes 20 are implanted by a proper number at the opposed longitudinal edge parts 10b of the surface 10a of the base 10. These brushes 20 have respective base parts 20a mutually connected via a connecting members 21 only to the side of the back surface 10c of the base 10. Then, concerning each brushes 20, a matter having nearly triangle cross section widening its outer peripheral side compared with its center side of the base 10 is implanted to be easily bent to the outer peripheral side of the base 10 at the time of using. In addition, a corner part of the nearly triangle is properly rounded so obtain a soft contact feeling.
