To provide a toothbrush by which a brushing effect is improved easily by selectively using tufts of different tilting angles in one toothbrush.
In the toothbrush 10 where a plurality of tufts 12 consisting of a plurality of bristles 11 are implanted tiltably on a block head 14, the block head 14 consists of a lower-side block head 14a and an upper-side movable part 14b integrated slidably with this lower-side block head 14a. The tufts 12 are implanted into implanting holes 16 at the lower-side block head 14a, and tuft insertion holes 17 are bored at positions corresponding to the implanting holes 16 at the upper-side movable part 14b. The upper-side movable part 14b is slid in a longitudinal direction X of the toothbrush 10 to tilt the tufts 12 in this sliding direction. The tufts 12 are implanted into the lower-side block head 14a by a fusion implanting method or an adhering implanting method.
